How long does it take to build a system?
After payment has been cleared, Towers take from 3 - 7 business days to be constructed and tested.

What kind of warranty does your systems have?
All towers come with a 3 year limited warranties.  The limited warranty covers parts for three years and partial labor for the 2nd and 3rd years. Warranty does not cover software corruption or data loss.
Do your towers come with Windows 10 instead of Windows 7?
All Towers come with Microsoft Windows 7® or 10 depending on the clients request.
Can you install Windows 8.1 if requested?
Yes, if the client wishes to purchase a tower with Windows 8, we will install it.
Can I get Office software with my system?
Yes, we sell all Office related programs from the basic WORKS to the Ultimate Office Suites.
What do your Towers come with?
Towers come with the Operating System (Seven, Ten, etc) all drivers (the software that makes your machine work) application software (Power DVD, NERO, etc) Adobe reader 11.X, Fire Fox 40.X and a 30 Day Trial edition of AVG anti-virus and Spy-ware from AVG software. The Keyboard, Mouse, and Speakers are also included with all Towers, except the iBOX and VETT which do not have speakers.  Monitors are sold separately.
Does your systems use a recovery partition on the hard drive?
The Towers do not have a recovery partition on the hard drive. All relevant software is included on CD/DVD media. It is sent to you with your system. All software is preloaded, but you have the option of removing it or reloading at your convenience. (Included with your system purchase is a Recovery Flash Drive)

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash (local transactions please) check, cashiers check, and Money Order. We accept VISA / MASTERCARD / DISCOVER credit cards and PayPal. Please contact us for shipping rates if your outside the Lincoln County Missouri location.
I have a PayPal account. How do I pay for a system?
Once we confirm shipping, go to your PayPal account. Select send money. Put the amount in and send it to email address. This is our PayPal email account address. If you have a PayPal debit or credit card we now accept them.
