What kind of warranty does your systems have?
All towers come with a 3 year warranty and Laptops with a 1 year warranty unless otherwise stated.
Why do your towers come with XP instead of VISTA?
A number of stability and compatibility issues have plagued the Microsoft VISTA® Operating systems. Until these issues have been corrected we will continue to sell towers with Microsoft XP®.
Can you install VISTA if requested?
Yes, if the client wishes to purchase a tower with VISTA, we will install it. However, the client must sign a responsibility waver prior to installation.
Can I get Office software with my system?
Yes, we sell all Office related programs from the basic WORKS to the Ultimate Office Suites.
What do your Towers and Laptops come with?
Towers come with the Operating System (XP, VISTA, etc) all drivers (the software that makes your machine work) application software (Power DVD, NERO, etc) Adobe reader 8.0, Fire Fox 2.X and a FREE edition of AVG anti-virus and Spyware from Grisoft software. The Keyboard, Mouse, and Speakers are also included with the Towers. Monitors are sold separately.
Does your systems use a recovery partition on the hard drive?
No. We do not put a recovery partition on your hard drive. All relevant software is included on CD/DVD media. It is sent to you with your system. All software is preloaded, but you have the option of removing it or reloading at your convenience.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash (local transactions please) check, cashiers check, and Money Order. We ONLY accept all major credit cards through PayPal at this time. Please contact us for shipping rates if your outside the Lincoln County Missouri location.
I have a PayPal account. How do I pay for a system?
Once we confirm shipping, goto your PayPal account. Select send money. Put the amount in and send it to Ultrastar@Att.net email address. This is our PayPal email account address.
